What you'll be doing
1. Welcoming and greeting patients with a warm and professional manner
2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
3. Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate team members
4. Assisting with patient registration and maintaining accurate patient records
5. Preparing and organising medical files and documentation
6. Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
7. Ensuring a clean, tidy and organised reception area
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients and team members in a compassionate and skilled manner
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using medical practice management software and standard office technologies
5. Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records
