Bakers Delight Cooleman Court is seeking a friendly, customer focused person to join our team for Mon - Friday business hours. We are seeking someone who preferably has previous sales experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced setting. Someone who can help customers make an informed decision regardless of whether it is bread for the everyday needs or for entertaining.
As a Sales Assistant, responsibilities include:
- dynamic customer service
- Cash handling
- General cleaning duties
- being a great communicator
- merchandising available products
Ideal candidates would:
- have experience working in a retail or food environment
- be confident serving customers
- be used to working as part of a team
- having initiative to work under limited supervision to present shop at a high standard
- be flexible with working hours from 7:30am-4:30pm
