They are at the heart of our innovative services offering, aiming to connect consumers to brands through meaningful relationships. Our secret? We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who will further strengthen the relationship with one of our biggest clients.

Your Responsibilities

You’re the missing link between our digital specialists and our clients. The day-to-day lead contact, receiving briefings, analysing them thoroughly and reformulating them for your colleagues so they can get to work in a focussed manner. You don’t just receive the briefings. You anticipate well in advance, proactively proposing clients what they need before they even know they need it. As our frontline specialist, you spend a lot of your time at your client (mainly Proximus), constantly creating added value. We count on you to work out detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates in close collaboration with your team members. You’ll also follow up on the daily deliverables, so your proven project management skills will definitely lend a hand. You report directly to the Account Director.

YOUR PROFILE

As an experienced account manager with proven digital skills,



you impress us with your successful track record in a (digital) communications agency. You have a robust background in social media, email marketing and preferably also in web design and development, as these fields will be the focus of your mission. Although a relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree may not be a key requirement, we would consider it to be a testament to your acquired skills and inherent potential. You eat, sleep and breathe digital. Your broad knowledge, curiosity and insights in the latest trends never stop to amaze us. If you’re a project manager with proven track record and a keen sense for commercial opportunities, we’d also be interested in meeting you. Oh yeah, you’re someone we just like to hang out with and have fun with. Who joins us for food and drinks. Maybe just skip the dancing on the table. Although… Client meetings will be predominantly in Dutch so we expect you to perfectly master Dutch, French and English, written as well as spoken.
