Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in ibis Perth. In this role, you will lead and inspire our F&B; team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Oversee daily F&B; operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high-quality standardsLead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B; staff to achieve operational excellenceCoordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistencyManage inventory, place orders,



and control costs while upholding product qualityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in creating and implementing innovative F&B; promotions and eventsMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementConduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledgeMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guestsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesStay updated on local culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage

Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required, Approved Manger Card is desired.

Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and weekends as required.
