About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Financial Adviser to join our growing regional NSW practice. This opportunity is suitable for either:

- An experienced Financial Adviser looking to join an established and supportive practice, or

- A recent graduate or Provisional Financial Adviser seeking to complete their Professional Year under the guidance of experienced mentors.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of financial advisers, accountants, and experienced support staff to deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice to a diverse client base.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing comprehensive financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance, and wealth creation.

- Assisting senior advisers in preparing and delivering financial strategies and advice.

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

- Working collaboratively with our paraplanning and administration teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and professional standards.

- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

For Experienced Advisers

Ideally you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and compliance with current education requirements.

- Current registration as an Authorised Representative (preferred).

- Demonstrated experience providing personal financial advice.

- Strong technical knowledge across financial planning strategies.

- Experience with Xplan (or similar financial planning software).

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive, ethical,



and client-focused approach.

For Professional Year Candidates

You'll ideally have:

- A relevant university qualification meeting current education requirements.

- A genuine desire to build a career as a Financial Adviser.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- A collaborative attitude and strong work ethic.

- Experience with Xplan is advantageous but not essential.
