About the role
As our Accounts Officer, you'll play a hands-on role managing the day-to-day accounts functions that keep our business running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- end-to-end payroll processing and RCTI (weekly)
- accounts payable and receivable management
- invoice processing and account/bank reconciliations
- month-end reporting and data entry
- financial record-keeping via MYOB and our transport portal
- management reporting and documentation support
- client and supplier relationship management.
What we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar accounts role essential
