About the Opportunity
The Senior Service Desk Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring ICT Service Desk support functions and resources to ensure that Team outcomes and deliverables successfully meet business requirements. The role develops, implements and assesses Service Desk strategies and plans to ensure the ongoing provision of quality, customer focused and responsive Service Desk operations, coordinates the delivery of regular and ad-hoc performance and service audits and reviews, and monitors Service Desk service delivery and operational metrics.
About the Business
The Technology Services Business Unit is responsible for helping to meet a wide range of IT needs throughout the department by providing expertise and services in ICT Service Desk and Desktop Support, Infrastructure Management and Technical Support, ICT Contract Management and Procurement, ICT Security and Policy, IT Asset Management, software licensing and compliance, ICT Change Management that assist in meeting the overall AGD objectives.

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
