We are seeking a talented FOH all rounder to join our team at Pipers By The Lake, a popular cafe and Restaurant located on the beautiful Lake Wendouree.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee beverages to our customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all health and safety protocols
- Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a FOH all rounder & or barista or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation
- Available to work evening weddings, functions & events.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
