About The Role:

Golfbox is one of Australia’s leading sporting goods retailers. Stocking a wide range of golf equipment, accessories, clothing and footwear from the world's leading brands.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Full-Time Clothing & Footwear Picker-Packer to join our dedicated warehouse team at our Joondalup store location. You'll ensure every customer order leaves our facility quickly and perfectly packaged.

Key Responsibilities

As a Picker-Packer, you will be the final step in our customer delivery process, ensuring our clothing and shoe orders are fulfilled to the highest standard. Your duties will include:

- Order Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve specific clothing, footwear, and accessory items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets and using an RF scanner.

- Order Packing: Carefully and efficiently pack items using appropriate materials (boxes, poly bags) to prevent damage during transit.

- Shipping Preparation: Apply shipping labels, with required information,



and prepare orders for dispatch.

- Inventory & Organisation: Assist with stock rotation, and maintain a clean, organised, and safe work station.

- Adherence to Safety: Always follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures.

What You Bring

- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and focused on ensuring the right product goes to the right customer.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach continuously throughout a shift.

- Speed and Efficiency: A strong work ethic and the ability to meet daily picking and packing quotas in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and a positive team player.

- Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanning devices (RF scanners) and easy warehouse management systems.

- Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience, especially with apparel/e-commerce, is a plus.

Golf knowledge is preferable for this role but not essential.
