As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering genuine, high-quality service experiences. As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency every day.
We currently have a full-time position available in our modern, centrally located Canberra City office.
About the Role
This role allows you to showcase exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the person who sets the tone from the moment clients arrive or call, ensuring a welcoming, organised, and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors in a professional, friendly, and polished manner
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them appropriately or taking accurate messages
- Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring bookings and setups run smoothly
- Prepare beverages for meetings as required
- Maintain the presentation and housekeeping of the reception and kitchen areas
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional receptionist or similar front-of-house role
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Professional, polished, and friendly presentation
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
