STRONG Pilates and Flow Yoga are two of the fastest-growing boutique fitness studios on the Coffs Coast, sharing one home in The Jetty. Flow brings infrared hot yoga and mobility work to a growing wellness community, while STRONG Pilates has built a 200+ member base with a 5.0 rating. Together, we're aiming to bring on 10 new members a week across both brands.
About the Role
This is a studio-based sales role, approx. 20 - 30 hours/week, split across both brands in one location — plus adaptable work-from-home hours for outbound lead calls. You'll own the full member journey: greeting people in-studio, learning who's walking through the door, and converting leads into trial offers and memberships over the phone.
Duties
- Meet and greet new and existing members, creating a warm, welcoming studio experience
- Run outbound calls converting new leads into trial offers
- Run in-studio sales conversations converting trial offers into memberships
- Own the full member journey — from first hello to signed-up regular
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in sales — non-negotiable
- Genuine love for sales — you get a buzz from closing
- An interest in and love of fitness (studio knowledge not required — we'll teach you)
- Reliable, personable, and adaptable enough to work across two brands
