Evolve Talent is seeking qualified Electricians looking to build or further their FIFO career. We have multiple permanent and casual-ongoing opportunities available across our portfolio of mining clients, with attractive rosters including 8/6, 7/7 and 2/1.
About the Role
As a FIFO Electrician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the electrical systems across the site’s accommodation village and associated facilities, helping ensure a secure, reliable, and comfortable environment for site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing electrical maintenance across camp facilities
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and site safety procedures
- Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests as required
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current CPR/LVR, First Aid, Fire Attack, and White Card
- Full Australian working rights
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current residence in the Perth metropolitan area
Desirable
- Current Rio Tinto, BHP, or Fortescue (FMG) site inductions.
