Your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join a busy and high-performing team based close to Perth Airport.Working Monday to Friday, you will coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities, ensuring employees and contractors are site-ready and compliant for deployment across multiple projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating mobilisation and onboarding activities for new starters and contractors
- Managing pre-employment requirements including medicals, licences, training and compliance documentation
- Liaising with recruitment, site administration and operational teams to ensure timely mobilisation
- Maintaining accurate mobilisation records and workforce data
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Monitoring mobilisation progress and proactively managing delays or risks
- Providing operational and site support as required
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the onboarding journey

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Mobilisation, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration or Workforce Administration position




- Experience within the mining, construction, resources or related industries
- Strong understanding of onboarding, compliance and pre-employment screening processes
- Ability to manage mobilisation and demobilisation requirements across multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using systems such as SuccessFactors, INX and SitePass will be highly regarded.
