- Work in a dynamic, innovative company shaping WA's residential building future.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in a supportive, values-driven culture.
- Permanent | full-time | Myaree

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Group General Manager, with ad hoc support to our Managing Director. This is a genuinely varied role at the centre of Summit Homes Group, where you'll keep the executive function running smoothly while contributing to initiatives across the wider business.

Your day-to-day will include managing calendars, travel and meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential documents, and acting as a trusted point of contact between the executive team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Beyond that, you'll play an active part in group activities such as company events, new starter inductions, and project tracking, work that makes a real difference to how the business operates.

About You

You may be an experienced Executive Assistant, or an ambitious, exceptionally well-organised professional ready to step into a role like this. What matters most is attitude: you're proactive, adaptable, and take pride in doing things properly. You manage competing priorities with ease, anticipate what's needed before being asked, and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.

You communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, build solid working relationships, and enjoy delivering high-quality work, whether that's a presentation, a report, or a well-run event. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint is essential, and experience in construction, property, or corporate environments would be an advantage, though the right person with the right attitude is what we value most.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, values-driven organisation, and to make a genuine contribution to its continued growth.
