The Opportunity (parental leave cover)

Role

As a Customer Service Representative within our Customer Care team, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, delivering an outstanding service experience while building strong relationships over the phone and through email. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing solutions and support to customers. You will manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage with customers to support them with:

Product enquiries and recommendationsOrder processing, returns and quotationsPromotions, new products and special offersCustomer account enquiriesGeneral administration and customer follow-upIdentifying opportunities to add value through solutions-focused conversations

Through your interactions, you'll help strengthen customer relationships, contribute to sales growth, and ensure our customers receive the exceptional support they expect.
