This ASX listed mining company is looking for a robust accounting and finance base paired with the ability to business partner with site and the wider commercial team. You will need to be CA/CPA qualified with full working rights to be considered for the role. You will work alongside experienced industry leaders in the market with the ability to grow and be mentored.

Responsibilities:

- Managing statutory compliance, including BAS, GST and payroll tax.
- Reviewing and improving reconciliation processes across finance systems.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business to resolve queries and support decision-making.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Leading month-end close and preparing group financial reporting.
- Preparing board-ready financial information and supporting the leadership team with analysis and insights.

Experience:

- CA/CPA qualification must have.
- Previous experience within an ASX listed environment.
- Exposure to resources or mining an advantage.
- Ability to work with a broad set of stakeholders.
- Strong exl skill set.
