Lambron Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Earthworks Supervisor to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Civil Earthworks Supervisor with Lambron, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You will lead site crews, coordinate plant and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil earthworks projects from start to finish.
- Lead and mentor site personnel to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company safety procedures.
- Coordinate plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily diaries.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and budgets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience supervising civil earthworks or civil construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and civil construction practices.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
- Ability to manage and plan projects.
