Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher.
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organised.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Receive and store deliveries following food safety procedures.
- Replenish kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to health and safety standards.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Follow food hygiene, workplace health, and safety procedures at all times.
