The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. This role will see you take ownership of modular installation projects across WA, working with a skilled team to deliver safe, productive, and high-quality outcomes.

Leading modular installation teams, subcontractors, and site activities across statewide projectsCoordinating deliveries, logistics, labour, and installation timelinesEnsuring HSEQ compliance, quality standards, and safe work practices are maintainedProviding technical guidance and supporting effective project deliveryManaging subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders throughout the construction processConducting site inspections, quality checks,



and progress reviewsReviewing drawings and documentation to ensure project readinessSupporting client handovers and defect resolution when required

About You:

Proven experience in modular construction delivery, installation, or residential site supervisionStrong ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholdersConfidence interpreting construction drawings and managing project timelinesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSound knowledge of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety standardsFlexibility to occasionally travel regionally, including overnight stays
