- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
- Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, contractors,
and international colleagues where required.
Occasional out-of-hours work may be required to support events.
About You

- Experience in administration, customer service, membership services, or office support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
Experience with Adobe InDesign or working in a not-for-profit or membership-based organisation will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Why Join AMORC?
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven international organisation where your work directly supports a vibrant member community. We offer:
- A permanent part-time role with work-life balance.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- A varied role where the time will fly by.
- Opportunities to contribute across administration, member services, events, and publications.
- Potential for limited hybrid working following successful onboarding.
