About the Role
Working across endpoint management, SOE engineering, automation, and security, this role supports the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise workplace technologies while ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure ICT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOE)
- Manage and optimise Microsoft endpoint management platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve ICT solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex operational and technical issues
- Develop system documentation, policies, procedures, and implementation artefacts
- Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft endpoint management and device engineering
- Proven capability designing and supporting enterprise SOE environments
- Experience with endpoint security hardening and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of identity and access management integration technologies
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation of endpoint processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills
Please note:
Federal government experiences is preferred.
Existing AFP NV1 Security clearance is highly regarded - or ability to obtain.
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
