Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:Deliver and coordinate units within the offered or proposed courses of the department, ensuring constructive alignment of unit learning outcomes, assessment.Contribute to course quality assurance, moderation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement in line with the relevant standardsMaintain an active scholarship profile informed by contemporary developments in the relevant field of practice and researchParticipating in academic governance committees and student academic support
About you (Essential):A PhD in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is preferredDemonstrated knowledge of contemporary developments in the discipline, evidenced by continuing scholarship, research, or advances in skilled practiceSkills in contemporary teaching, learning and assessment principles for higher education, including blended delivery and diverse student cohortsUnderstanding of academic integrity requirements,



including risks associated with generative AIExperience in curriculum development, external benchmarking, or professional accreditation processesIndustry experience in civil or construction engineering projects
