We take pride in maintaining and improving our grounds and facilities to provide guests with an outstanding experience. Our 6–8-person maintenance team plays a vital role in keeping our park running smoothly — and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on people to join us.

Maintenance Supervisor (Full-Time)

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to take on a key leadership role within our maintenance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting and working alongside Maintenance Management

- Coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations across the park

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the maintenance team





- Assisting with large-scale improvement projects (landscaping, lighting, solar, fire safety, etc.)

- Liaising with trades and contractors

- Ensuring high-quality work, safety, and efficiency standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance or trades or trade stores

- Broad general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pools spas, landscaping.)

- Hands-on, team-first approach with a focus on training others

- Trade qualification desirable but not essential

- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities while ensuring the team remains focused and productive

- References required
