Spectra Lifestyle is a leading manufacturer of high-quality residential and commercial cabinetry across Perth and surrounds. We specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, custom joinery, retail fit-outs and display homes.

Across our factory and business operations, we apply LEAN manufacturing principles streamlining processes, reducing waste, improving safety and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing





- Working as part of a team

- Assembling cabinetry in our factory

- Operating various machinery, hand and power tools

- Selecting and preparing materials and components for construction

- Reading and interpreting detailed diagrams, job sheets and cutting lists

- Potentially (if experienced): Mentoring apprentices

- Potentially (if experienced): Onsite work

- Potentially (if experienced): Drafting and preparing cutting lists

Qualifications Needed:

- Trade certificate

- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience

What we're looking for:

- A team minded attitude

- A valuable eye for detail and quality workmanship

- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- A valid manual driver's license

- Advantageous: Knowledge of running a CNC router and Edge bander

- Advantageous: A valid white card

- Advantageous: Forklift license

- Advantageous: Cabinet Vision experience
