White Eagle House is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Supervisor/Attendant to join our venue, which features a Bistro, Function Room, TAB/Sportsbar and Gaming Room.

The Role You'll monitor and assist patrons on the gaming floor, process transactions and payouts, uphold responsible gaming and RSG/RSA standards, and help maintain a safe, welcoming venue. Supervisors will also lead staff, manage cash reconciliation, and ensure compliance with club policies and gaming regulations.

What You'll Need

- Previous experience in gaming or hospitality supervision

- Current Victorian Gaming Licence

- Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

- Experience with Ebet/Vault systems and knowledge of AML/CTF requirements (TAB experience a plus)

- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner

- Flexibility to work across all 7 days/nights, including public holidays
