The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer‑focused Service Advisor/Administrator to join our Pinnaroo team. This is a key administration role responsible for documenting workshop service and repair activities while providing clear communication and support to both customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service enquiries and greet customers.
- Assist the Service Manager schedule service bookings.
- Prepare job cards, purchase orders, invoices and maintain accurate service records.
- Communicate repair progress, timeframes, and update customers.
- Liaise with technicians to obtain accurate maintenance and repair description information.
- Prepare warranty claims and associated service documentation.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
About You
- Experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administration, or similar role (preferred).
- Knowledge of agricultural and/or mechanical repairs (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Well‑organised with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
- Confident with computer systems and administrative tasks.
