About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role offering exposure to a wide variety of electrical and automation projects. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills in a growing industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical installations
- Fault finding and maintenance
- Gate automation installations and servicing
- Access control system installations
- Intercom system installations
- CCTV installations
- Switchboard upgrades
- Preventative maintenance
- Residential, commercial and industrial electrical work
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Liaising professionally with customers on site
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:
- Security Installer's Licence
- Experience with gate automation
- Experience with access control systems
- PLC or automation experience
- EWP Licence
- Working at Heights certification
- First Aid certificate
- Cabling Registration
- HR Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
