About the role
WE'RE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST
Hours Available (20 Hours): Mon - Thursday: 3pm to 7pm. Saturday: 9am to 1pm.
Muscle Universe is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated team member to join our growing team.
This role includes reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and the opportunity to build a personal training client base.
As part of this position, you'll help support our diverse member community, including members who are seeking training within our dedicated women's training area. We welcome applicants who are passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive and inclusive environment for all members.
What we're looking for:
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
A positive,
qualified and approachable attitude.
Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Personal Training qualifications (or currently studying) are highly regarded but "not" essential.
Experience working with women in a fitness setting, or the ability to support members who specifically request a trainer they're comfortable with, will be highly regarded.
