About You

We're looking for chefs who are passionate about quality food, thrive in a busy service environment, and enjoy working as part of a professional team.

Depending on the role, you'll be involved in:

- Preparing and executing high-quality dishes across à la carte, functions and events

- Running your own section with confidence and consistency

- Working with fresh, seasonal produce

- Maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen organisation





- Supporting and mentoring junior team members

- Contributing to a positive, energetic kitchen culture

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a professional kitchen relevant to the position you're applying for

- A positive attitude and solid work ethic

- The ability to stay calm and perform under pressure

- Great communication and teamwork skills

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for qualified chef positions

- Full Australian working rights
