Maven Dental Yokine is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice in a permanent part-time role (35 hours per week across 4 days). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience while working alongside a close-knit team.
We're ideally looking for someone with previous dental assisting or clinical experience who understands the day-to-day flow of a dental practice and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and play an important role in keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanourScheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficientlyHandling patient records with accuracy and confidentialityCoordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient careManaging patient enquiries both in person and over the phoneRoster
Dental Assistant or within a dental practice is highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using computer systems and learning new softwarePositive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a teamPassionate about delivering exceptional patient care
