The Role
Gwinganna is seeking an experienced Maintenance / Handyperson to join our team on a part time basis.
- General repairs to the sites infrastructure & plant
- Assist in completing upgrades & projects onsite
- Grounds & garden maintenance
- Pool cleaning and water testing
- Waste & recycling activities
- Inspections & checks of the site waste water treatment plant
- Monitor and manage the sites rain water tank system
- Comply with Work Health & Safety policies & procedures
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Availability to work hours on Weekends & Weekdays
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role
- Be physically fit to meet all aspects of the role
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of power & hand tools
- Hold a current license with own transport
- Proven history of being punctual & reliable
- Consensus and committed to meeting the responsibilities of the role
