About the Role

We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and passionate Aged Care Support Workers / Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will be working in an aged care facility in Erina, providing person-centred care to residents and helping improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)

- Supporting mobility and transfers

- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Assisting with meals and feeding





- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition

- Maintaining accurate documentation

- Ensuring a safe and respectful environment for residents

Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Experience in aged care or similar role preferred
