Builderwest Pty Ltd is one of Australia's fastest-growing insurance building and restoration companies, operating across Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

About the Role
You'll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, customer accounts are actively managed, and our cash flow remains strong.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Accounts Payable and supplier payments
- Managing Accounts Receivable and debt collection
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payment runs
- Following up outstanding customer accounts
- Assisting with cash flow management
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end processes
- Working closely with management to improve financial systems and reporting
- Assisting with other finance administration duties as required
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance
- Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience using Xero (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
