Skippers', Western Australia's truly regional airline is seeking Casual staff with a strong desire to succeed to fill check-in positions in our very busy passenger terminal at the Perth Domestic Airport.
The Customer Service team is also responsible for managing all passenger movements on our busy apron as well as filling key liaison role between aircrew, refuellers and ground handlers in order to achieve positive outcomes.
Customer service staff are our front line for all issues of airline security and the carriage of dangerous goods.
Hours of operation are between 4:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Only those applicants meeting the following criteria need apply:
- Minimum 18 Years of age
- Willingness to work a rotating roster which includes Public holidays and some weekends
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous Australian Airline experience is desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in delivering excellence in customer service.
- Ability to work within a team environment while under pressure.
- A natural instinct for remaining bright and cheerful in the early morning.
- A mature level of decision making skills.
A uniform and airport car parking are included.
