About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Ballarat team full-time. This role is suited to someone with previous industrial experience or a strong interest in building their career across automation, installation, fault-finding and maintenance projects.

You’ll work across agriculture, water, mining, manufacturing and commercial environments, delivering safe, reliable electrical work while communicating clearly with clients and the wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based in Ballarat, you'll be involved in a wide variety of industrial installations, upgrades, automation projects, service work and maintenance activities, both locally and interstate as required.

You'll work alongside our experienced Electricians and Engineers to deliver creative, high-quality solutions for clients across some of Australia's most essential industries.

- Complete industrial installations, project work, service and maintenance activities.

- Work on automation, control and electrical infrastructure projects.

- Travel to customer sites throughout Australia as required.

- Supervise apprentices and electricians onsite when required.

- Contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- A Grade Victorian Electrical Licence.

- Current manual Driver’s Licence.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.

- Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.





- Confidence using Microsoft applications and job management software.

- A strong commitment to safety.
