About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Legal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our family law team. This role involves:
✔ Typing, document preparation, and drafting correspondence
✔ Assisting lawyers with file management and legal documentation
✔ Answering and directing phone calls
✔ Greeting clients and managing appointments
✔ General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ At least 12 months experience working as a legal assistant in family law
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
✔ A proactive and professional approach to work
