Ventia are currently seeking to engage a Driller (Well Servicing) to join our Well Servicing team within our Rig & Wells contract located in Western Australia. Reporting to the Rig Manager, this role will see you responsible for all rig equipment and crew, ensuring maintenance schedules are adhere to and the equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
This is a casual ongoing role on a 2:2 roster, with flights & accommodation provided.
The payrate for this role is between $880.32 - $967.21 per day (includes casual loading and is a flat rate).

Key Duties, But Not Limited To
Ensure the RWS Safety Management System and contract requirements are metUse, maintain, and report on plant and equipment, including failures and damageEnsure accurate documentation and reporting of incidents, hazards, pipe tally, operations, and safety meetingsPromote a solid safety culture, ensuring all employees and sub-contractors wear appropriate PPEAssist with the training, mentoring, and development of rig staff, particularly focusing on the DerrickmanCommunicate and comply with client policies, ensuring safety and Ventia standards are met
Requirements
Driver’s LicenceCertificate II, III,
or IV in Well Servicing OperationsBOP IWCF Level 3Proven client relationship management skillsExperience within a Well Servicing environment – Highly regarded
