Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to take ownership of multiple residential projects and deliver homes our clients are proud of.

About the Role

As a Building Supervisor, you'll manage and coordinate the construction of multiple builds at once, from slab through to handover, ensuring every home is delivered on time, to a high standard, and to the expectations of both our clients and our company.

Day to day, you'll:

- Manage and coordinate multiple residential builds simultaneously

- Schedule and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep every project on programme

- Maintain a high standard of quality and workmanship across all sites

- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues before they cause delays

- Ensure all work complies with the National Construction Code, building codes, and safety requirements

- Uphold a strong WHS culture across every site





- Keep clients and internal teams informed as their home progresses

About You

You're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in delivering quality homes and knows how to keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball.

You'll bring:

- A minimum of 3 years' building experience

- Excellent knowledge of building codes and a strong attention to detail

- Proven ability to organise and coordinate multiple suppliers and subcontractors

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure

- Valuable communication and organisational skills

- A sound level of computer literacy

- A current W.H.S. Construction White Card

- The right to work in Australia and a current Driver's Licence
