About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will be a key contributor to whole‑school strategy while leading the people, culture, and operations of a PK- Y12 campus. Your work will directly influence student outcomes, staff development, wellbeing initiatives, and the overall experience of families across both Primary and Secondary .

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the delivery of the School’s strategic plan at the campus level, with a focus on innovation, excellence, and future-ready learning.

- Provide inspirational leadership that nurtures high performance, collegiality, and professional growth.

- Oversee the “day‑to‑day” operation of the campus, ensuring a seamless, positive, and enriching student learning environment.

- Build strong partnerships with staff, students, and families to foster a warm, connected, values-driven community.

- Work closely with Senior Managers across the School to ensure collaborative, whole‑school alignment and operational efficiency.

- Lead with a balance of vision, empathy, resilience, and strong organisational capability.
