We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor on a to lead our afternoon shift team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys managing people, processes, and daily operational requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the afternoon shift team, ensuring daily warehouse operations run efficiently and safely while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.

This role is a combination of team leadership, administration, and operational warehouse duties, requiring excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and motivate a small warehouse team

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet dispatch deadlines

- Extensive data entry and management of warehouse systems

- Monitor productivity and ensure accuracy of inventory movements

- Oversee pick and pack operations and provide hands-on support when required

- Ensure all warehouse procedures and safety standards are adhered to

- Liaise with logistics providers and internal departments regarding deliveries and dispatch requirements





- Assist with stock control and inventory management activities

- Promote a positive, collaborative and safety-focused team environment

- Overseeing OHS

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader position

- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a Team Leader

- Strong pick and pack experience with a sound understanding of warehouse operations

- Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills

- Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office programs

- Logistics and freight coordination experience

- Current LF and LO Licence (essential). Reach experience an advantage.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines
