Dental Receptionist - Permanent full-time hours

NO WEEKEND WORK OR LATE NIGHTS REQUIRED!

Immediate Start.

We are looking for a personable, highly motivated, outgoing character that wants to become part of our wonderful team dedicated to helping patients.

We look forward to hearing from those with:

- Great communication skills.

- Previous work history in the dental or medical industries with reception experience.

- Good computer skills and experience with Exact Dental Software.

- The ability to work well within a small team as well as independently.

- Great organization skills.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients.

- The ability to learn recent skills and be proactive.

- Experience with dental assisting is a bonus but not essential.

Principal responsibilities include:

- Being the welcoming face and voice of the clinic.

- Accurate entering of patient data.





- Managing telephone and email enquiries.

- Coordination of appointments.

- Coordination of laboratory work.

- Processing billings and payments – including Private Health Funds, Medicare and DVA

- Helping with reports and referrals.

- Helping with stock management.
