APPOINTMENT SETTERS - SOLAR AND BATTERY (Inbound Leads Only)

Office Based | Monday to Thursday | 30 Hours per Week

LAGO Direct is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Solar & Battery Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

This is an inbound appointment setting role—you’ll be speaking with warm leads only. No cold calling. Your role is to qualify enquiries and book appointments for our solar and battery consultants.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions, you’ll provide a positive experience while qualifying their needs and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and qualify inbound warm leads

- Book appointments for our solar and battery consultants

- Accurately update customer information in our CRM

- Follow up with interested customers where required

- Deliver excellent customer service on every call

About You





- Solar industry experience preferred

- Previous appointment setting, customer service, or phone-based sales experience is highly regarded

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Comfortable using CRM systems and computer applications

- Reliable, organised, and motivated to achieve results
