Western Frame & Truss supply the residential market with timber frames and trusses. We are located at Fountaindale on the Central Coast of NSW. We are a small business that encourages teamwork and provides a protected working environment.

We are looking for an experienced senior detailer to take ownership of the quality and technical side of our detailing function. This is a work-from-home role with genuine autonomy — you'll be the person our team and our builders rely on.

The role covers:

- Reviewing and quality-assuring detailing produced by our offshore detailing team, against our documented standards

- Acting as the technical point of contact for our builder clients — handling queries, resolving issues and building relationships

- Working closely with our factory manager to make sure detailing translates cleanly into production

- Detailing work as required

- Working alongside the owner,



with scope to take on more of the day-to-day running of the business over time

About you:

- Demonstrated experience detailing with Pryda software (essential)

- Strong frame and truss knowledge, with the judgement to make technical calls independently

- Confident dealing directly with builders and trades

- Organised, with excellent communication skills

- Looking for a role with genuine responsibility rather than a production seat
