With the sale of its Capital Markets business to BMO Financial Group now subject to shareholder approval, Euroz Hartleys has entered an exciting current phase of evolution. With Private Wealth now operating as a standalone business, supported by a strategic alliance with BMO, the business is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead one of Australia's most respected private wealth management and stockbroking practices as it embarks on its next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a highly successful and profitable stockbroking and private wealth business with a strong reputation, deep client relationships and a team of experienced, high-performing advisers. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic, commercial and cultural leadership while preserving the values and entrepreneurial culture that have underpinned the firm's longstanding success.

The successful candidate will unite the business around a clear vision, strengthen engagement across advisers and employees, drive sustainable growth and position Euroz Hartleys as Western Australia's leading private wealth platform.

A key aspect of the role will be to provide confidence and stability through a period of transition by building and maintaining trusted relationships with advisers, clients, shareholders, regulators, industry stakeholders and strategic partners, including maximising the opportunities presented through the BMO alliance.

About You

You are an accomplished executive leader with a successful track record within wealth management, private wealth, stockbroking, financial advice, funds management or a closely related financial services environment. You have led organisations through periods of transformation,



growth or strategic repositioning and are recognised for your ability to inspire confidence and create alignment among experienced professionals.

You are commercially astute and understand the drivers of growth in adviser led wealth management businesses. Equally, you are known for your emotional intelligence, sound judgement, humility and collaborative leadership style, leading through influence rather than authority.

Candidates will ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Law or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent executive leadership credentials considered advantageous.
