Hostel G is a comfortable, affordable, accessible boutique hostel offering alternative accomodation for travelers.

Owned and operated by our parent company GCPH Australia, our diverse and vibrant business operates 24/7.

Within this role you will:

- manage check-ins and check-outs

- take reservations

- ensure guest booking requirements and bed allocations are met

- organise arrival and departure arrangements

- Encourage guest feedback and take action to provide the best guest experience possible

- Co-ordinate guest experiences, including behaviour, service level expectations and welfare requirements

- Manage the health, safety, and well-being of guests during shifts

- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks





- Make coffee and toasties and serve other small eats

- Work a range of rostered shifts, including morning, afternoon and night where you will deliver exceptional guest experiences

- RMS training

- Approved Manager or RSA
