Center West Exports is a leading fresh produce exporter based in Woodridge, WA (approximately 20 minutes from Yanchep). We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join our busy finance team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing

- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and receipting

- Supplier statement reconciliations and payment processing

- Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time

- Employee onboarding and payroll maintenance

- Processing superannuation and STP reporting

- Maintaining employee records and leave balances

- Assisting with month-end reconciliations

- General administration and finance support

- Liaising professionally with suppliers, employees and management

- Assisting with other accounting and payroll duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting or equivalent qualification (essential)

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll

- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation,



awards and Fair Work requirements

- Excellent attention to detail with levels of accuracy

- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Experience with payroll/accounting software (Sybiz Visipay/Deputy and Reckon Hosted experience highly regarded but not essential)

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
