Our Client

Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to play a critical role in the delivery of a major ERP transformation program. Working across business and technical teams, you will be responsible for migrating complex data from legacy platforms into a modern ERP environment, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity and business readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Design and execute ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from legacy systems into a new ERP platform.Perform data profiling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Develop and execute migration scripts,



load files and migration processes across test and production environments.Identify and remediate data quality issues while supporting migration planning, testing and cutover activities.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical specialists and project teams to deliver successful migration outcomes.

Skills And Experience

Demonstrated experience delivering data migration activities for large ERP projects or programs.Strong hands-on experience with Azure, SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL design and execution.Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing and loading of large, complex datasets.Experience performing data reconciliation, validation, testing and quality remediation activities.Solid understanding of migration methodologies, best practices and data governance principles.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.Experience supporting ERP cutover, migration planning or legacy data archiving will be highly regarded.
