About The Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate employee training and inductions, maintain compliance records within our Learning Management Systems (LMS), and manage company and project training matrices and Training Needs Analyses (TNA)
You will work closely with HR, Operations, HSE, project teams, clients and external training providers to ensure workforce training requirements are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee training, inductions and competency requirementsMaintain training, licence and competency records within the LMSManage company and project training matrices and Training Needs Analyses (TNA)
Monitor training expiries and compliance requirementsCoordinate onboarding training for new employeesLiaise with employees, supervisors, clients and training providersPrepare training compliance reports and workforce competency recordsAssist with continuous improvements of training systems and processes
About You
Experience in a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, Training Administrator or similar roleExperience managing training records, training matrices and workforce competenciesProficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detailExperience in mining, resources, construction or a similar industry will be highly regarded
