Bang Bang Coffee is looking for a motivated and hands-on Full time Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy drive-through coffee shop.
About the Role
As Café Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while maintaining our high standards of quality, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, working alongside your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of our busy drive-through café.
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and beverages.
- Prepare fresh café-style food.
- Order stock and manage inventory levels.
- Lead, train and support a team of café staff.
- Create staff rosters and manage day-to-day staffing requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor food quality, presentation and stock rotation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a café or hospitality venue.
- Strong barista skills with experience using commercial espresso machines.
- Experience preparing café-style food.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices.
- Current Food Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
