We're seeking an experienced and relationship driven Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Ballarat team. This is more than a retail sales role it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide life changing solutions, and contribute to the growth of a respected assistive technology provider.

About the Role

As our Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to solution delivery. You'll work with customers, families, Occupational Therapists, healthcare professionals and community organisations to identify needs and provide tailored assistive technology solutions.

This role combines customer consultation, business development and relationship management, with opportunities to engage externally through networking, community events and industry expos.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Solutions & Sales

- Consult with customers to understand their mobility and assistive technology needs

- Recommend tailored products and equipment solutions

- Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to sale and delivery

- Prepare and manage quotations, following through to conversion

- Support customers with complex or specialised equipment requirements

Relationship Building & Business Development

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Support Coordinators, Case Managers and healthcare providers

- Actively identify opportunities to grow referrals and build current client networks

- Represent Oscar Care at community events, expos and industry functions

- Promote Oscar Care's products and services within the local community

- Contribute to ongoing business growth through proactive engagement and relationship development





Collaboration & Customer Outcomes

- Work closely with customer support and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintain accurate customer records and quote management within company systems

- Share product knowledge and support colleagues where required

About You

You are a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions that genuinely improve people's lives.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in assistive technology, mobility equipment, rehabilitation, healthcare, aged care or disability services

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills

- Confidence engaging with Occupational Therapists and healthcare professionals

- Proven experience in solution-based sales or customer consultation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive approach to business development and community engagement

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Experience using CRM or customer management systems

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
